National Board Of Directors

Pat Wilson is the fourth President and Chief Executive Officer of Little League International. With more than 30 years of experience, Wilson is an accomplished leader in youth sports, tournament and event operations and media, non-profit management, volunteer organization, and business development.

A native of Williamsport, Pennsylvania, Wilson grew up playing sports, including Little League, which led him on the path of giving back to the community. When it came time for him to pursue a career, he enrolled at Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania to pursue an economics degree (Class of 1991), while also returning to his hometown to work for the recreation department for the City of Williamsport. Then in 1993, he joined the staff at Little League International as an assistant to then Little League Vice President of Operations, Joe Losch. Wilson continued to prove himself as a leader within the organization, holding the roles of Director of Regional Operations (1995-2006), Vice President of Operations (2006-2011), Senior Vice President and Chief Program Operations Officer (2011-2020), and Chief Operating Officer (2020-2024). Wilson has served as Little League International President and CEO since January 2025.

Wilson has spent more than 30 years helping drive the growth and success of Little League through leadership, innovation, and global expansion. He has overseen day-to-day operations and led the development of the organization’s strategic plan to improve access, experience, and retention. As Little League International Tournament Director, he expanded World Series opportunities, managed all levels of tournament play, relocated and grew the Softball World Series, and helped create enhanced event experiences. Wilson also played a key role in evolving Little League’s ESPN broadcast partnership, dramatically increasing global visibility. His work has advanced equity through the Urban Initiative, expanded Little League’s reach to more than 80 countries, and strengthened international partnerships. A strong advocate for player safety and development, Wilson helped pioneer pitch count standards, bat regulations, child protection programs, and new divisions and curricula to improve the youth baseball and softball experience.

In addition to his position with Little League, Wilson is an active member of the greater Williamsport community. He currently serves on the UPMC in North Central Pa.’s Board of Directors and is the past Chair of the Council of Trustees for Bloomsburg University. He currently resides in Williamsport, with his wife, Jennifer, and daughter, Ella.
