Justin Hoeveler is the President of US Sports Camps, a Youth Enrichment Brands portfolio company. US Sports Camps, aiming to build and enrich the future of sports and community through the power of camps, hosted over 250,000 young athletes in its camps in 2025. Hoeveler also serves as Chief Growth Officer of Youth Enrichment Brands, leading the brand partnerships function for the organization.

Prior to his current role, Hoeveler served as CEO of Youth Enrichment Brands from 2020-2025. Previous to that, he spent nine years at USSC leading growth across different sport categories during which the company grew from hosting 50,000 campers annually to hosting 100,000 campers in 2021. In 2018, he started an esports skill-development company aimed at building better training habits and community in youth esports players. From 2008-2011, Hoeveler worked as director of operations for Priority Sports, a boutique sports agency in Chicago, Illinois which represents hundreds of professional NBA and NFL players.

Hoeveler received three varsity letters in tennis and 1 varsity letter in basketball from Northwestern University and was a three-time member of the All-Big Ten Academic Team. He received his MBA from Wharton in 2017. He currently resides in San Anselmo, California with his wife, Caroline, and two kids, Archie and Lydia.
