Johnathan Robertson is the President and Managing Director of TG Capital and the Co-Founder of the R-Squared Charitable Fund. Prior to joining TG Capital, Johnathan was a consultant with McKinsey & Company. Johnathan played college football, was named to the USA Today All-Academic Team, and continues his love of sport today by serving as a Director for the United States Olympic and Paralympic Foundation and serving on the Florida Panthers Ownership Advisory Group.
Johnathan additionally serves on the Harvard Schools Committee, as a Director of the Museum of Discovery & Science, and as a Director of the I Have A Dream Foundation of Miami. Johnathan has been a guest lecturer on private equity at Harvard. Johnathan’s wife, Shannon, is a graduate of Stanford University and Harvard Business School. With the goal of supporting leadership development and student innovation, Shannon and Johnathan established the Robertson Entrepreneurship and Innovation Fund at Harvard Business School and the Robertson Family Fund for Entrepreneurial Education at Harvard Law School. Johnathan and Shannon are the proud parents of three children, all of whom they have coached in youth sports.
