The New York Life Foundation is proud to partner with Positive Coaching Alliance (PCA), a national leader in training coaches to use sports as a platform for youth development.
Together, we are expanding access to high-quality coaching by supporting training opportunities that equip coaches, mentors and volunteers with the tools to create positive, inclusive environments where young people can thrive.
GET STARTED: FREE COACH TRAINING
As part of this effort, the New York Life Foundation is funding 1,000 free virtual coach training opportunities through PCA.
These trainings are open to coaches, mentors, volunteers and anyone interested in supporting young people.

HOW TO ACCESS YOUR FREE POSITIVE COACHING ALLIANCE TRAINING
Step 1
Go to PCA’s online course page.
Step 2
If you have previously taken a PCA course, please enter your Username (email address) and password and click “Login.”
If this is your first time taking a PCA course, please click “Sign Up” to register.
Once registered/signed in, you will be taken to your PCA Online Course Dashboard
Step 3
Visit the Catalog at the bottom of the page and click the “$30.00 – Add to Cart” button underneath the desired course.
In the upper right corner, click the shopping cart icon and “View Shopping Cart”
Step 4
After confirming you’ve selected the correct course, enter coupon code NYLFCoach and click “Apply.” Once the discount is applied, click “Proceed to Checkout.”

Complete the information and click on “View Course” to begin!
