With the generous support of the Los Angeles Dodgers Foundation (LADF), PCA is proud to partner with the Dodgers Dreamteam to deliver in-person, research-based coach education focused on cultural proficiency, social-emotional learning, and trauma-informed care. From April to June 2025, we connected with over 1,360 coaches, parents, and mentors through powerful in-person workshops focused on building positive, inclusive, and supportive team cultures. We also helped recruit 865 new coaches, many of whom will become trusted role models for young players who need them most.
