Born and raised in Oakland, California, Antonio Davis excelled on the basketball court and in the classroom at storied McClymonds High School that earned him a scholarship to the University of Texas El Paso playing all four years for the Miners.
After a brief international playing experience, he was drafted by the Indiana Pacers which would begin a 13-year National Basketball Association playing career with the Pacers, Toronto Raptors (2001 All-Star selection), Chicago Bulls, and New York Knicks.

Following his playing career, he has served as the former president of the NBA Players Association (NBPA), an ESPN Analyst, co-host/analyst on SiriusXM NBA Radio, former executive director of Off The Court program at the NBPA, and a successful venture in the Trucking and Logistics industry.

Today he leads the National Basketball Retired Players Association as the President and CEO.
