PCA Trainers

Chloe Maleski, MA, CMPC, LMSW is a Brain Health and Mental Performance Coach who helps athletes and coaches develop the mental skills needed to perform, grow, and thrive, both in sport and in life.

A former Division I distance runner at Duke University, Chloe’s athletic journey led her to study the mental and emotional side of performance, particularly the connection between confidence, resilience, and well-being. She currently serves as a Mental Performance Coach with the Arizona Diamondbacks and is a Licensed Social Worker, bringing a unique perspective that bridges performance excellence with mental health.

As a Positive Coaching Alliance Trainer, she leads engaging, practical workshops that align with PCA’s mission, equipping coaches with tools to create positive team cultures, support athlete development, and reinforce life skills through sport.
