Erika White has over 15 years of experience across management, operations, and strategy. In her current role as a Vice President, General Manager at Chelsea Piers, she has led the business development and operations of a new 60,000 sf youth sports business during its high-growth years, creating impactful partnerships with community stakeholders while building a cross-functional team of dedicated professionals. Erika’s career began with Jones Lang Lasalle (JLL) in portfolio analysis, market research and strategy roles for public and private institutions across the United States.
Originally from New Rochelle, NY, sports were an integral part of her upbringing, playing soccer for WYSL, FC Westchester and ODP, and studying ballet at the Dance Theater of Harlem. She was Co-Captain of the New Rochelle High School Girls Varsity Soccer Team, and an active scholar-athlete. Her youth sports experience cemented a foundation of grit, teamwork, ethics and excellence, which has remained central to her leadership style today.
Erika earned her B.A at Dartmouth College, where she continued playing soccer recreationally and volunteered as a youth soccer coach. She earned her M.B.A. from Columbia Business School. Erika has been an admirer of PCA’s work since 2017 and officially joined the board in 2026 – She is committed to empowering young people to achieve their personal best in sports, and in life.
