Before stepping into her current leadership position, Reyes served as Sport Tourism Services Manager, acting as the primary liaison for room-night-producing sporting events in Portland and collaborating with public and private sector partners to maximize tourism and community benefit. Her career began at the NCAA, where she worked in the Office of the President, contributing to executive communications, event strategy, and governance initiatives—including involvement at the Men’s and Women’s Final Four.
Originally from El Paso, Texas, Reyes moved to Oregon to attend the University of Oregon, where she earned her bachelors. At UO, she was heavily involved in the athletic department and the Warsaw Sports Marketing Center, laying the foundation for her passion of the unifying power of sport.
A proud Latina and sports enthusiast, Reyes is committed to expanding positive environments for youth through her work on the PCA Board. She joined PCA in the spring of 2025.
