Associate Director, Partner Support

Rich joined PCA in 2007 as Partnership Development Representative for the Upper Midwest and New England from 2007-2009 and Senior Account Manager from 2009-2013. In 2019, Rich was promoted to Associate Director, Partner Support. In this role, Rich will continue to manage the Partner Support Team, as well as provide support to the entire Partnership Manager Team through his leadership.  Additionally, Rich will be working with Wendy Church on a critical impact evaluation project to conduct a study that assesses the impact of PCA's complete program model (coach, leader, parent and youth workshops) in a school setting over the course of several sports seasons. Rich will be working closely with Wendy on management and execution of the evaluation efforts.

Originally from Pittsburgh, PA, Rich played lacrosse and ran cross-country for Central Catholic High School and earned his BA in Elementary and Middle School Education from Marquette University (Milwaukee, WI), where he played lacrosse. Rich brings several years' experience as a teacher, athletic director and coach. He has been coaching since 2000, including his current post as head lacrosse coach at Milwaukee's Marquette University High School, where he has been at the helm for more than a decade.

When not working or coaching, Rich is spending time with his wife and sons engaged in outdoors adventures throughout Wisconsin and Michigan.
