Riddi explains how he balances academics and sports: “Off the court, I understand the importance of education and being a student. As we are student-athletes, I make sure that I focus on school as well as basketball. I keep a routine of studying for my classes daily, whether it be after or before I workout. Moreover, I like to make use of all my time for both school and basketball. For example, in the mornings on my way to school I may either take out my notes and study, or watch film of my games. Overall, I make myself better as an athlete by keeping routines for my activities both on and off the court.”
