Oakland, CA (September 26, 2022) – Positive Coaching Alliance (PCA) is proud to announce its newest national partner, USA Youth & High School Rugby, the sanctioned governing body for all youth rugby in the United States and its territories. PCA is aligned with the Rugby ethos and principles of Passion, Accountability, Transparency, Inclusivity, and Integrity for All, and excited to provide the mandated coach training for rugby coaches.

Through this national partnership, PCA will provide USA Youth & High School Rugby coaches access to online training, which will be mandated in the USA Youth & High School Rugby coaching program.  PCA’s training will be ingrained into the USA Youth & High School Rugby coaching framework as an important component to prepare rugby coaches to work with players in positive ways that impact them both on and off the pitch.  Beyond the training courses, PCA will provide USA Youth & High School Rugby content shares and resources to incorporate PCA tools into their email newsletters and social media platforms on a monthly basis.
