PCA-North Texas Board Transition

03.03.2017

Julius Thompson is stepping aside as PCA-North Texas Board Chair after a year and a half of staunch and stellar service. He stepped into the role soon after the hiring of Executive Director Danielle Moorman, when leadership was much needed, and his tremendous energy and enthusiasm drove our Chapter forward. His work on committee formation was especially notable. With over 15 years experience in business and real estate law, Julius is now also certified by the National Football League Players Association (NFLPA) as a registered Contract Advisor (Agent) and will be devoting more of his time to the representation of athletes and coaches. We thank Julius for his contribution to our Chapter and his service to youth, both of which continue as he remains on our board.

Meanwhile, Paul Stewart, our Chapter’s inaugural board chair, returns to that role. He helped found PCA-North Texas in 2009 and has remained a board member since. Paul is actively engaged in youth sports as president of the Dallas Texans Soccer Club, a position that complements his other non-profit experience and business acumen to help PCA-North Texas continue to reach new heights. We thank Paul for his continued commitment!
