North Haven High School held 3 workshops in 3 days the start of this school year with Coaches, Parents and Athletes.  All the coaches, parents, and athletes participated in Zoom workshops which have been growing in popularity as of late.  Since the beginning of the global pandemic, PCA has pivoted to host hundreds of Zoom workshops for coaches, parents, athletes, and leaders.  Each Zoom video workshop is facilitated by two certified PCA Trainers, and a producer. These 60-minute workshops are highly interactive and provide tangible and practical tools, all while allowing your coaches to connect and interact.
