Frank Warren: 2025 PCA Coach of the Year Top 10 National Winner presented by TeamSnap

02.21.25
Coach Warren has taken a barely there football program to state champions in four short years. He has done this not just with X’s and O’s, but by emphasizing life skills through sports, mentoring his athletes beyond the field, and focusing on personal responsibility, respect, and teamwork—especially for students lacking positive male role models.
At Parker High School, where many students come from single-parent households, Coach Warren fills a critical gap by exemplifying strong character. He assigns specific tasks, such as cleaning the fieldhouse, to different class levels with each group responsible for a section. This teaches teamwork, showing that everyone, regardless of status, has a role to play in collective success.
Beyond structured lessons, Coach Warren leads by example, demonstrating what it means to be a positive male figure. He models compassion, leadership, and accountability as a father, husband, and mentor. By doing so, he provides students with a clear example of manhood rooted in love and respect.
Coach Warren selflessly pours into each and every one of his players, regardless of their position, skill level, or background. He sees beyond their performance on the field, recognizing their potential as scholars, leaders, and future men of character.
