Today I am excited to celebrate the power of communities coming together.

Sharing one vision.

Sharing one mission.

To create a world where every young person regardless of social or economic circumstance, benefits from a positive youth sports experience and a coach who inspires them to become the best version of themselves.

And not just in the game, but in life.

It is this singular commitment to the well-being of our youth and to the power of communities joining together that has paved the way for us to share with you that as of today, Positive Coaching Alliance and Coaching Corps have merged into one community.

Today we are one PCA. 

One organization that offers access to thousands of resources to coaches, schools, communities, funders, and parents who are working to ensure that every young person has access to the benefits of a positive youth sports experience regardless of social or economic circumstance.

One organization that knows we are better together.

Now it’s time to get to work, together.

Young people have faced unprecedented challenges over the last two years.  Our communities can no longer rely on the old ways of doing things to get the same results.  And neither should we.  

Together we will leverage our complementary strengths to deepen and broaden our impact so that the lives of thousands of young people can be transformed by the power of sports done right.
