Positive Coaching Alliance’s (PCA) vision is a world where every young person, regardless of social or economic circumstance, benefits from a positive youth sports experience with a coach who inspires them to become the best version of themselves in the game and in life.
We are so fortunate to have received so many outstanding nominations for coaches who inspire their athletes in and outside of sports. Thank you to each and every coach who is doing their part to ensure a positive youth sports experience for all! And, thank you to the many people who nominated them so that we could highlight their accomplishments!

These coaches, listed alphabetically in the link below, were selected from hundreds of nominated coaches who received over 1,000 letters of reference.
CONGRATULATIONS!
In the coming weeks, our selection committee will identify 25 National Winners who will each receive $500 and recognition on PCA's website, newsletters, and media campaigns.
Additionally, one Coach of the Year will be selected and invited to join us at our annual Game Changer Awards & Benefit at the Chase Center in San Francisco, home of the Golden State Warriors, on January 26th, 2023.
