Aireka Wright
"Coach Wright learns each player's personality, not an easy task with 170 players, and knows how to push each player to get them to be the best they can be by understanding how they learn and what motivates them as individuals. There is not a player in the club who doesn't feel like Aierka is a trusted adult that they can go to for help without judgement. If you are ever in a practice, you will frequently hear Aireka yell, "GOOD!," and be genuinely excited for a team or player when they do well. Volleyball brings everyone together, but the atmosphere that Aireka envisioned and has perpetuated is a supportive community. Aierka is able to oversee the play of 130+ girls, while working full-time as an Akron Firefighter."
