Rich has spent virtually his entire career in healthcare services, where he has a long track record of leading, founding and investing in healthcare organizations that have led meaningful change in their segments. He is currently the Chairman & CEO of Radiology Partners, which he co-founded with leading global venture capital firm, New Enterprise Associates (NEA). Previously, Rich was a lead executive in the financial and operating turnaround of kidney dialysis provider, DaVita Inc. As CFO and senior advisor to the CEO of DaVita at various times between 2000 and 2012, Rich was integral in the growth of the company to its current $14 billion of revenue and $25 billion of enterprise value. Since the mid-2000’s Rich has also been an investor, director and/or chairman of entrepreneurial healthcare companies in areas such as pathology, physician services, clinical laboratories, hospitals and behavioral health. He has also served as a venture partner and venture advisor to NEA since 2007. Rich earned his bachelor of science in Business Administration at Penn State University, where he serves on the Board of Advisors of the Schreyer Honors College, and his MBA at Harvard Business School. Rich has been a long time youth sports coach, including in inner city communities and is father to three avid athletes.
