Division 1 All-American and Elite Post-Collegiate Runner
Meg Waldron has her Masters in Sport Psychology. She was an All-American runner in high school and ran Division 1 Track and Field at the University of Virginia. As a longtime teacher and coach, and a mentor of at-risk youths, Meg stands for the fulfillment of the whole human being. She uses "nudges" that allow athletes to clarify their character strengths and tap into their own wisdom to make sound decisions. This shows up through her work as a mental skills coach for high school through post-collegiate athletes and teams, as well as her You Go Girls empowerment running program for adolescents. For her work with young athletes, Meg received a Pennsylvania governor's citation, a WHYY Graduate Champion Award, and served as an Athleta Power-to-the-She Ambassador.
