Alejandro Vilchez is a seasoned leader in the field of violence prevention, youth engagement and organizational development. He is public speaker with the ability to capture audiences in a fun yet focused manner in English and Spanish.

Since the early 90’s has served in multiple roles within the field of social justice and education such as a direct service provider, grant writer, community liaison program director and school administrator. Today, as an independent contractor, he provides Training, Facilitation, Coaching and Consultation services to individuals, schools, non-profits and other agencies to mitigate conflict, improve communication and increase team cohesion. He is a lecturer for Center for Leadership Learning at UC Davis, a licensed Restorative Practices trainer and author of “Off 2 Play”, a workshop dedicated to games, icebreakers and group activities.

Alejandro is native to the San Francisco Bay Area from proud Cuban and Mexican parents. He earned degrees from Bethany Bible College (Cross-Cultural Communications) and Notre Dame de Namur University (Human Services). His coaching experience started off with coaching his two son’s and daughter’s little league and club ball teams. He loves Baseball, classic Chevy’s and reading all things C.S. Lewis.
