Ken is a partner at CGCN Group, a lobbying and public affairs firm in Washington, D.C. Prior to joining CGCN in 2016, Ken served as head of corporate communications for Koch Industries. Earlier in his career he was Vice President of Communications and Public Affairs at the Private Equity Council and communications director for the National Republican Congressional Committee. Ken started his career in politics working on political campaigns, including the Bush-Cheney ’04 campaign. He also served as Deputy Chief of Staff to U.S. Representative Mike Conaway (R-TX).
Ken serves on the Mid-Atlantic board of the Positive Coaching Alliance. He earned a BA in History from the University of California, Santa Barbara. Ken grew up playing sports in his hometown of Whittier, CA. He lettered in baseball and football. Ken and his wife, Emily, live on Capitol Hill with their children, Jack and Emma.
