Sr. Director, Communications & Community Impact, NBC Sports Next / SportsEngine
Jenna Soule is the Senior Director of Communications and Community Impact for NBC Sports Next, the sports technology division of NBC Sports, and home to the youth sports management tech platform, SportsEngine. In this role, Jenna leads internal and external communications and public/media relations efforts across the organization. In addition, Jenna manages philanthropic partnerships, DEI, and corporate social responsibility. Passionate about community outreach, she helped spearhead the launch of Better Together, an initiative to help strengthen our local communities and company culture through focused programs that attract diverse talent and promote inclusion and equity through education, resources, and community impact.
Jenna joined NBC Sports with over twenty years of experience helping high-growth technology companies connect with their key audiences through strategic, meaningful marketing and corporate communications initiatives. As a busy youth sports parent, Jenna brings a passion for developing positive sports experiences and a desire to further the love of sport in today’s youth.
Jenna also serves on the board of Every Meal, a Twin Cities-based non-profit that partners with local schools to address the issue of food insecurity among children. Jenna holds a BA in Communications from Bethel University and an MBA in Marketing Management from the University of St. Thomas.
