Becky is originally from outside Albany, NY and grew up playing several sports including basketball, baseball, soccer, softball, tennis, field hockey, and women’s full-contact football. She comes from an athletic family where her father played professional baseball and mom played tennis and basketball. Becky competed collegiately in basketball and softball at the University of New Haven and is a very proud member of its Athletics Hall of Fame, Go Chargers!  Becky has coached at the youth sports level up through the collegiate ranks. Most recently she served as an assistant coach to the 17u USA Women’s National Softball team who won a gold medal in the Pam Am games.

Today Becky works with athletes, coaches, parents, and performers on mental skills for performance enhancement. She is a Certified Mental Skills Consultant (CMPC) through the Association for Applied Sport Psychology (AASP). Additionally, she serves as the Director of Operations for 11 concussion clinics throughout the state of Maryland.
