Jason joined PCA in March 2019 as Regional Executive Director for Development in Texas, overseeing development primarily in Houston and Dallas. In this role, Jason is responsible for the overall financial success of both the Houston and North Texas Chapters. He works with the boards to develop, implement and evaluate a long-term fundraising strategy for the Chapter, and represents PCA in the local community by developing relationships with business, philanthropic, academic and government leaders, allowing PCA-Houston and PCA-North Texas to thrive.

Prior to PCA, Jason was Executive Director for Church Project Network where he was responsible for 17 churches, schools and orphanages across 4 states and several countries. Earlier in his career, he was Regional Director of Development for Global Media Outreach.  And before that, Jason led a faith based organization culminating in the construction of a multi-million dollar campus in The Woodlands, Texas.

Outside of PCA, Jason played Division 1 college basketball at Oklahoma State—where he played in the 1995 Men’s Final Four. He finished his career at Rice University before having a professional playing career overseas and in the NBA Developmental League. After playing, Jason built a youth AAU basketball program in the Houston area and now enjoys coaching his own kids in their various youth sports organizations.
