Norman has been active in youth sports over the past 30 years – coaching teams, running and working basketball camps, organizing AAU basketball teams, and working with children on their skills development. With Alodia Basketball Academy, Norman leveraged his background and experience to provide a unique experience for each and every athlete to improve his or her physical, mental and leadership skills. Norman’s passion for helping athletes take their game to the next level and developing the leaders for tomorrow is the mission of Alodia Basketball Academy.
Norman also believes it is important to give back to those organizations that helped him throughout the years. One way he is currently doing this is by being on the Executive Advisory Board of the Stephen F. Austin State University Business School. Norman and his wife Kim, reside in Spring, Texas. They enjoy spending time with their four children Taylor, Nick, Madelyn, and Emma and creating memories along the way through travel, professional sports events, and other unique times.
