Mindy Rogers began her career at Bain & Company. Later, she joined Wells Fargo Bank and held a variety of managerial positions in Wells Fargo’s banking operations, including vice president and general manager of Northern California check processing. After leaving the bank, she became a consultant to Wells Fargo on a wide range of issues. Mindy has spent the last 25 years working as a community volunteer and leader for numerous nonprofit organizations. Mindy is a member of the Board of Trustees at Stanford University. She also serves on the Board of Stanford’s Haas School of Public Service. She is a director of Lucile Packard Children’s Hospital and the Lucile Packard Foundation for Children’s Health, and Stanford Health Care. In addition, Mindy sits on the board of Positive Coaching Alliance and Coaching Corps. She serves as board chair for the East Palo Alto Academy Foundation. She earned her undergraduate degree from Stanford University and an MBA from Stanford’s Graduate School of Business. Mindy and her husband Jesse have 3 children.
