“I have played sports since I was 5 years old - soccer, basketball, track, and volleyball. I have learned a lot of life lessons through sports. I have learned about competing, performing under pressure, working through adversity, and self-sacrifice. I have also learned to grow from my mistakes instead of focusing on them and how to lead by example. I really believe that these experiences have made me a better player, teammate, and person. Because of that, I want to use my experiences and education to help other athletes as a sports psychologist.”
