Information Technology Manager - Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland
“I discovered Positive Coaching Alliance during the 2018 Cleveland Bridge Builders Program through the Cleveland Leadership Center. During that program, I had the opportunity to observe a student workshop and truly comprehend the concepts and values passed along to student athletes. The workshop really resonated with me because it taught important concepts around positivity and overcoming adversity that applies not only to sports, but also to everyday life. I joined PCA to contribute on a team that helps promote these educational concepts through focusing experiences like adversity, team conflict, and dealing with overwhelming odds into impactful positive life experiences.” – Randall Peters
