Tom Puzio

Executive Director, Colorado


Tom joined PCA in 2017 as the PCA-Colorado Chapter Executive Director, where he leads the chapter in creating a Development Zone culture for Colorado youth and high school sports. In this role, Tom works with the PCA-Colorado board to develop, implement and evaluate a long-term strategy for the chapter. He represents PCA in the Colorado community by developing relationships with business, philanthropic, academic and government leaders. In addition, Tom is responsible for raising sufficient funds annually for PCA-Colorado to thrive.

Prior to PCA, he worked for three Division I Athletic Departments - Colorado State University, University of Colorado and University of Notre Dame. Tom has also spent several years in the financial sector with both JPMorgan Chase and Wells Fargo, serving in various client relationship management roles. Tom also played football at Colorado State University under coach Sonny Lubick, and has 20+ years of coaching experience (mostly baseball) coaching every level from t-ball to college.

Tom is a Colorado native who grew up in Boulder, Colorado, and now lives in Brighton, CO with his wife Kristen and his 4 kids - Coby, Raleigh, Zoe and Zea, all of whom are budding student-athletes and embrace the Triple-Impact Competitor® values!

Outside of work, Tom is an avid golfer and fisherman (he really likes to scare the fish, but isn't so good at catching them!!). Finally, Tom serves on the Board of Directors for Brighton Youth Baseball Association, a PCA-Colorado Partner organization.
