Chief Revenue & Marketing Officer, LavCup
Chapter Board - Chicago
Having spent the past six years selling and managing integrated sports media and sponsorship programming for Life Time Fitness and Competitor Group, in April 2017 Scott shifted back into the entrepreneurial world to launch the LavCup media network in conjunction with joining the PCA board.
Leveraging his pro sports industry crossroads, contacts and connections, along with 14 years experience buying and activating sports sponsorships on the agency side of the world, he is focused on helping grow PCA’s roster of corporate partners and supporting hometown marketing efforts, with a passion for Chicago’s lesser-resourced communities.
Scott lives in West Town with his wife, Meghan. They have two sons, Jordan and Jacob, still a couple years away from stepping onto the athletic fields of Chicago. He is a graduate of the University of Missouri, where he studied Journalism/Advertising and spent four years working with the MU Sports Information Department, Show-Me State Games and USA Today Sports.
Outside of work he is a novice golfer and recreational triathlete, bleeds Cardinals red & Blues blue, and serves on the Advisory Board of Renew Chicago, the philanthropic arm of Park Community Church.
