"He doesn't search for the best to make his team better. He takes average local girls and teaches them fundamentals to make them better. Coach McDowell knows and understands the intention of the rules and not just what is written. As a coach of young ladies, everything Coach McDowell teaches starts with them respecting their self and loving their self. No one else can dictate that for them.
