Matt McDonald is the Senior Vice President, Revenue Operations and Strategy, for Applied Systems and lives in Chicago, Illinois. Matt is responsible for enabling teams, including marketing, sales, and customer success, to maximize revenue by optimizing processes, systems, and analytics while driving cross-functional communication and collaboration.
Prior to Applied Systems, Matt was responsible for worldwide marketing, product, pricing, and business strategy at Stericycle for nearly four years and was a Principal at the Boston Consulting Group for almost six years where he served leading industrial and medical technology companies on go-to-market, corporate development, and growth topics.
Matt graduated from the Stanford Graduate School of Business and had multiple corporate finance roles at Eli Lilly and Company.
Matt is extremely passionate about the role that youth sports plays in teaching teamwork, grit, work ethic, and appreciation for diversity of all kinds to our children. He is excited that his children attend a school that partners with the PCA, and is actively involved in their early sports lives.
