As a 20 year coaching veteran, Renee offers seminars across the country on How to Get Recruited to be a College Student-Athlete. Renee has coached NCAA Division I, II, III, NAIA, and high school. She has served as a director for clubs and for NCAA compliance for 13 sports. After playing college soccer, Renee pursued her graduate program from the University of Florida in Exercise Sport Science/Sport Management, while working on staff with the NCAA Elite Eight team. From 2005-2009, she led a NCAA Division II program from a 3-12-2 record to back-to-back 11 win seasons, earning Coach of the Year honors, team academic awards, and all-conference players including an All-American. That success catapulted her into a NCAA Division I Head Coaching position and another record-breaking season. Then Renee felt called to be a christian college coach for 4 years, advancing her team to the Regional Championships and producing 2 more All-Americans. She was honored for her Costa Rica sports ministry, writing articles for the National Christian Colleges Athletic Association, and speaking for Fellowship of Christian Athletes, Florida Youth Soccer Association, and NCAA Women's Coaching Alliance. Renee is certified with the USSF, NSCAA, and 3Dimensional Coaching. She runs her own company, RL Academy, and is a certified speaker, trainer, and coach on leadership development with The John Maxwell Team, The Jon Gordon Companies, and the American Red Cross.
