Ashley Lehr
Ashley Lehr currently works full-time as a Strategic Advisor for Bloom Sports Partners. At Bloom, she works primarily in the women's professional sports landscape advising leadership and doing executive search.
Previously, she worked for US Club Soccer, developing youth soccer clubs and building a coach education department. She is bilingual in Spanish and has an MBA, specializing in Sport Management which she obtained while living in Madrid, Spain and playing soccer for various club teams. She coached youth soccer for 8 years, was a collegiate soccer player and swimmer at Allegheny College, and has her own company helping post-graduate women continue their soccer career abroad.
