Ashley Lehr
Ashley Lehr currently works full-time as the Director of Club Development for US Club Soccer, assisting youth soccer clubs nation-wide in creating an exceptional player development experience. She has an MBA, Specializing in Sport Management which she obtained while living in Madrid, Spain and playing soccer for various club teams. She has also coached youth soccer in the U.S. for 7 years, was a collegiate soccer player and swimmer at Allegheny College, and has her own company helping post-graduate women continue their soccer career abroad. Ashley believes in a growth mindset and encourages individuals to enjoy the journey of life.
