CEO, Crown Trophy
Chapter Board - Portland
Lynnette is the owner of Crown Trophy of Beaverton. Along with her duties of CEO at Crown Trophy she is involved in organization boards and charities where she has the opportunity to teach, inspire and influence the lives of others in a positive way. She has a Masters in Early Childhood Education, a degree in Special Education, and a degree in Art. After teaching for 18 years, she and her husband decided to start a business of their own. They now have two locations, and their business has become a fixture in Portland. At Crown Trophy they sell awards, self promo items, personalized gifts and do custom markings for manufacturers. Lynnette has always seen their business as an extension and tool in the lives of so many people her company has contact with. The reason for that is RECOGNITION. She believes it is a basic human need, and through appropriate recognition practices and information, lives are changed, enhanced, improved and people feel cared for, valued and appreciated. She believes the power of recognition is so significant that when done incorrectly, or not at all, can have a negative impact on an individual. The mission of PCA aligns with this belief, and she is inspired by the significance the PCA philosophy can have on youth involved in sports throughout the area.
