Krissy Holak

Krissy Holak is a multi-sport athlete (field hockey, basketball, and softball) who furthered her career playing Division 1 field hockey at St. Joseph’s University where she was a team captain her senior year where the team was nationally ranked and A-10 conference champions.  Krissy received the St. Joseph's University Ellen Ryan Legacy Award (Empowering Women in Sports) in 2022. She has been teaching Language Arts, coaching high school field hockey, and training athletes for 28+ years. She is a co-partner in her field hockey training business (LKH Field Hockey) which develops beginners all the way to elite Division 1 athletes. Krissy also works with college athletes/teams (most recently Syracuse and Saint Joseph’s University) as well as with high school athletes/teams incorporating team building activities to enhance team culture on and off the playing surface. Her experience in the classroom and on the field, not only as a player but as a coach, brings first-hand knowledge to athletes and parents about the importance of a positive mindset, the ability to work through adversity, and through sports apply these lessons later in life.
