National Director of Partner Development
Ripper joined PCA in 2010 as Director of Partner Development. In this role, Ripper oversees the Partnership Development Team of Partnership Managers and Partner Support Managers. This team develops partnerships with youth sports organizations and schools throughout the country, with the goal of creating impact and generating revenue in our Chapters, as well as areas outside of our Chapters.
Before moving to Missouri, Ripper lived in Sacramento, where he served as Vice President, Ticket Sales for the Sacramento River Cats Triple-A Baseball Team. Prior to that he was VP, Ticket Sales and Marketing for the Portland Beavers Triple-A Baseball Team and Portland Timbers Soccer Club (2003-2007). Ripper began his career in minor league sports in 1994 in Spokane, WA, with the Spokane Indians Single-A Minor Baseball Team.
Ripper, a South Dakota native, received a BA in Economics from Princeton University and earned a Master’s Degree in Sports Management from the University of Massachusetts-Amherst.
