Erin joined Positive Coaching Alliance in April 2022 after serving as the Human Resources (HR) Director for Coaching Corps prior to the merger. She is eager to implement a vision of dynamic, supportive, fair, and positive employee experiences, and brings with her 15 years of experience in the human resources career she loves.
Focused on supporting staff and helping Positive Coaching Alliance grow, Erin directs mission-oriented best practices in managing staff, career growth and professional development, policies and practices, competitive and transparent salaries and benefits, recruitment of diverse PCA employees, and collaborates in stewardship of a culture that supports belonging and equity.
Erin approaches HR not only through pursuing ongoing learning of employment current events, laws, and topics, but also through leading first with relationships and mutual respect for different perspectives. This likely stems from life lessons gained from moving twelve times all over the United States mostly before the age of 14. Erin is a mom to her two daughters, a life-long tennis player, and an avid reader. During her time off, she likes to travel to Texas and the East Coast to visit her family and friends or go camping in the beautiful Northern California/Pacific Northwest areas.
