Director of Youth Programs, Miami Dolphins
RaShauna grew up as the daughter of a college basketball coach who has won 2 NCAA Division 1 National Championships with the University of Connecticut. She played college basketball at George Mason University, where she was a starter and team captain. Upon finishing college, RaShauna became involved with youth sports through camps and coaching. She was a youth basketball coach with various AAU club teams, high school basketball teams and ran an extensive camp and training program with the Atlanta Hawks. She received her Masters of Sport Leadership from Virginia Commonwealth University and currently serves as the Director of Youth Programs for the Miami Dolphins.
