Tamara Gracon is the CEO/Founder of TBG Consulting a strategy and change management consultancy. She provides transformational business guidance to firms of all sizes. She is a Founding LP at How Women Invest, a venture capital fund with 90 percent female investors (and majority WOC) that focuses on female-founded enterprises. She serves on the How Women Lead Silicon Valley Executive Board, an organization devoted to empowering female leadership and advocating for gender diversity on corporate boards. She serves on the Executive Committee for Private Directors Association, San Francisco Chapter. She serves as an advisor to numerous start-ups.

Prior to founding TBG Consulting, she was a Managing Director at KPMG specializing in tax, transfer pricing, economics, valuation and supply chain transformations. While at KPMG, she led many transformation projects which inspired her strategy and change management consultancy.

She has been a guest speaker at University of Warwick in the UK. Tamara has an MBA in Finance from the McDonough School of Business at Georgetown University and a BA in Political Science and Economics from the University of Colorado at Boulder.

Tamara is a passionate youth sports coach. She has four children and has coached more than 30 of their teams in soccer, baseball and basketball. PCA principles are integral to her coaching philosophy. She also serves on her local AYSO Board.
