John Gorman

Director of Fleet Management, Enterprise Fleet Management. 

"I wanted to get involved with Positive Coaching Alliance because I am passionate about improving the lives of today’s youth and the profound effect it will have on future generations.  So many children have risen above difficult situations or circumstances to become valuable contributors to our society, yet there are so many more that with the right influences in their lives, could do the same.  I love that the PCA uses sports as the mechanism to create impact and understands how important positive mentors, coaches, teachers, and parents have on improving the lives of our youth."

John's responsibilities include overseeing all of the sales and operational teams for business in Northern Ohio with a heavy focus on customer service and employee development. Prior to this role, he served as the Regional Sales Manager in Detroit and Area Sales Manager in San Diego.

A native Californian, he was born and raised in Redlands. He attended the University of California, San Diego where he earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Management Science.  Shortly after graduating, he began his Enterprise career where many do, as a Management Trainee working for Enterprise Rent-a-Car.  He has served the company in many capacities throughout his 17+ year career including my current role as Director.

His wife Maureen and his family lives in Bay Village. They love spending free time chasing around their two boys, William (5) and Robbie (3).
