LaToya Glenn is an independent REALTOR® for Keller Williams Northeast of the Greater Houston area. In addition, founder of ECR Strategies, LLC a strategic marketing and business development consulting firm.
Prior to LaToya’s entrepreneurship endeavors, she has developed a wealth of working-knowledge, built a strong business industry rapport, and has a verifiable success record stemming from her tenure working for a Fortune 500 environmental company as a marketing and business development manager. During this time, she was responsible for understanding multi-state complex governmental policies, engaging U.S. wide Renewable Portfolio Standards (electricity) regulatory market participation processes from initial start up to managing multi-million-dollar revenue generating renewable energy credit sales transaction, and communicating critical business development impact to corporate directors and executives.
LaToya started her humble beginnings as a litigation legal assistant and proud to have worked for the State of Texas supporting civil litigation attorney’s in Austin, Texas for many years.
LaToya is very active in the Greater Houston area community has previously acted as a Lead Volunteer for the Texas Children’s Hospital, selected as a Point Guard volunteer lead during the Houston Final Four, scholarship panel interviewer for the Linda Lorelle Scholarship Foundation, and participated as a volunteer for Astros’ Foundation events. Currently, serve as an elementary ministry support staff at Grace Church of Humble.
LaToya’s excited about being a part of the Positive Coaching Alliance (Houston) chapter because she knows the value that positive coaching adds to the success rate of each player and team as a whole in their personal and professional lives, she’s a mother of son that love all things sports, and she recognizes the influence that coaches have on every athlete and the necessary parental partnership needed for all athletes to thrive on and off the field.
