Chief Operating Officer
Pablo joins PCA from the United States Soccer Federation, the national governing body for soccer in the U.S. At USSF, he served as Director of Planning & Special Projects, leading large scale technology/infrastructure initiatives to track and analyze participation, and ultimately grow the sport of soccer nationwide.
In his capacity as COO, Pablo will oversee several mission-critical areas to help PCA emerge from the pandemic and re-focus on the execution of our new 3-year strategic plan while recapturing growth in support of the mission. Pablo's experience in process design, operational & organizational efficiency, IT/technology road mapping, dashboards/KPIs, combined with a love of finance and strategy, will add to PCA's internal team and operating environment.
Pablo brings extensive experience in finance, business and operations management for sports organizations, including roles with the Los Angeles Clippers and Dodgers, as well as a boutique sports marketing firm, Premier Partnerships. Outside of sports, Pablo led business change for Anthem where he implemented a "Voice of the Customer" platform for their 40 million members. Pablo holds a degree in Engineering from Stanford and received his MBA from The Marshall School at the University of Southern California with a focus on finance and strategy.
He is a Southern California native currently residing in Chicago with his wife, Lara, and their two children, Pearl and Theo.
