Jenna Fuchs is passionate about teaching/implementing mental skills to be converted into life skills to teams, athletes, and coaches through sport. She has been involved in variety of different sports at a young age, but through high school stuck to soccer, dance line, and track and field. Throughout high school she was a multi-time letter winner, school record holder in the 400-meters, state champion in dance line, and was awarded Female Athlete of the Year her senior year in Faribault, MN. She ran track collegiately at University of Wisconsin- La Crosse where she specialized in the 400 meters. Her accolades at UWL included 4 school records, 5 Nationals Championship Titles, and 9 All-Americans. After college she remained in La Crosse to coach the sprinters/relays. After receiving her MA in Sport and Exercise Psychology at Minnesota State University, Mankato she moved to Bradenton, Florida as a leadership and character development coach at IMG Academy. She moved back to the Midwest and settled in Praririe Du Sac, WI where she runs her sport psychology consulting company The Mental Clutch and works with athletes, teams, and coaches on a variety of mental skills and leadership development. In her free time Jenna remains active as a Zumba instructor, coaches track and field at the high school level, and enjoys running.
