Jeff Fetzer

Co-Founder & President, Houston FC (Houston)

Local Board Member, Texas

Jeff Fetzer is Co-Founder and President of Houston FC, a soccer club serving competitive youth to semi-pro players. HFC has been serving youth soccer for 4 years and recently had an incredible accomplishment of having 100% of the graduating senior class committing to play soccer at the collegiate level. He got his start in youth soccer coaching his sons’ teams at the YMCA and is also a certified PCA Double-Goal and USSF National “D” License coach. He has long professed that active participation in team sports is one of the greatest character-building activities in which a young person can be involved. It is still one of the greatest compliments to have one of his former players call him “Coach”.

Prior to forming Houston FC, Jeff was an At-Home Dad for a decade helping to raise three active boys that have always been involved in individual and team sports. His prior professional career included working at LiveNation in the Alliances group, working at BMC Software as the Manager of Global Pricing and Strategy and at Coopers & Lybrand (now PWC) managing the Financial Advisory Services group. Jeff got his BS in Finance from Indiana University and an MBA from Rice University. Jeff has lived in Houston for over 30 years and has been married to his wife, Julia, for almost 20 years.
