Dan has more than 15 years' of communications and operations experience in professional sports and has assisted the University of Minnesota in successfully hosting more than a dozen different Big-10, or NCAA events. He was a member of the U of M swim team for four years and still competes nationally in distance swimming events. He holds an undergraduate degree in Communications from the U of M, and a Master's Degree in Educational Leadership (Sports Administration concentration) from St. Thomas. Presently serves as an advertising and marketing manager at U.S. Bank, where he supports the efforts of the B2B sales teams and is the proud parent of two non-athletes, while still enjoying all sports from the periphery.
