JP Dulay
JP has coached flag football, taught PE, and is also a lifetime athlete. From CYO and high school athletics to intramurals and community sports, JP continues to play community basketball, flag football, and softball.
But JP is a research psychologist by trade - he specializes in investigating the overlap between positive psychology and leadership. He has worked as an applied researcher and program evaluator for Five Acres Boys' and Girls' Home in southern California, US Army Research Institute in Fort Leavenworth, Kansas, and California State University, Long Beach. He has also been an adjunct psychology instructor with the California Community College and California State University systems in southern California. Most recently, JP co-founded People First Analytics, LLC, which specializes in evidence-based leadership and talent development.
