John (JP) Dulay
John (known as JP to friends and long-time colleagues) Dulay has coached flag football, taught PE, and is also a lifetime athlete. From CYO and high school athletics to intramurals and community sports, JP continues to play community basketball, flag football, and softball.
But JP is a research psychologist by trade - he specializes in investigating the overlap between positive psychology and leadership. He has worked as an applied researcher and program evaluator for Five Acres Boys' and Girls' Home in southern California, US Army Research Institute in Fort Leavenworth, Kansas, and California State University, Long Beach. He has also been an adjunct psychology instructor for the Community College and State University systems in southern California. Most recently, JP co-founded People First Analytics, LLC, a consulting group which specializes in evidence-based leadership and organizational development.
His ultimate goal with PCA is to combine his education and experiences in social science with his passion for sports to help make a positive contribution to our communities.
