Heather Dittmer Davis was a collegiate women's soccer player at Western Carolina University. She played semi-pro for several years with the Cocoa Expos (FL) and Charlotte Lady Eagles (NC). She coached collegiately for UNC-Charlotte and St. Mary's College of CA. She was the Girls Director for the East Bay Eclipse soccer club and enjoyed the focus on person and player development through on and off the field opportunities. Heather co-founded a non-profit in Oakland, CA called Upward Roots, focusing on empowering youth through service-learning opportunities and leadership development. She has worked with the United Way of Metro Nashville, Thistle Farms, Hospice Giving Foundation. She is currently the Director of Community Engagement at All Saint's Day School in Carmel Valley, CA. She also runs a series of Beach Soccer Camps and Clinics with The Wahine Project, working support girls leadership through sport, play, and friendship. She lives in Seaside, CA.
