Nichole Della Vella
Why I support PCA: "As a mother of two and a former collegiate athlete, I value the mission of the PCA because there is a significant need to improve the culture of youth sports. Now that I am sitting on the sidelines watching my own children play sports, it’s very apparent that creating a positive environment for youth sports has a large impact on their lives both on and off the field. Teamwork, leadership, and communication are valuable life lessons that have carried me through my personal and professional life. PCA’s mission to develop these character building traits in youth sports will have a lasting impact on these athletes and their communities."
Nichole is currently Vice President at Aon. Nichole is responsible for assisting companies throughout Northeast Ohio with innovative and strategic risk management solutions. Prior to this role, Nichole served as the vice president of sales and marketing for United Church Insurance Association. Nichole has held positions of increasing responsibility within the insurance industry over the past 15 years on both the client, broker and company side. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Education from Bowling Green State University and a Master’s Degree in Education and Allied Professions from the University of Dayton. Nichole ran Cross Country, Indoor Track and Outdoor Track and Bowling Green State University where she was part of 3 MAC Championship teams.
Outside the office, Nichole enjoys all things fitness. She has finished 4 Chicago Marathons and has competed in local CrossFit competitions. In 2020 she was inducted in to the Elida High School Athletic Hall of Fame. Nichole resides in Avon with her two children, Dominic and Mia. As a family, they enjoy watching Cleveland sports and playing with their two dogs, Swish and Ozzie.
